FEATURES
- Operators neatly place the bar candies or biscuits on the top
of canvas belt conveyor, so that all scraps of them can be dropped down through the
stainless steel screen filter automatically.
- Then they are covered a film with chocolate by means
of blowing hot wind to get an even surface.
- This coating process offers a constant chocolate
temperature and viscosity during the whole day so that the homogeneous, thin chocolate
films can adhere to the tops of candies or biscuits.
