High Speed Rotary Tabletting Machine Explanation
 
Pre-& Main -pressure and weight adjustment
  • This user is efficient and effortless with push buttons and meters that show the date of output production.
  • It is easy to control and manage the tablets to meet CGMP regulation.
  • This device can save the time of adjustment time. If the same granules & tablets are produced, can input the historic data only.
  • All adjustment system has the mechanical stable device.
  • The adjustment motors have brake device. That can increase the
    hardness & weight of tablets steadiness.

Double pressure system
 FOR TCS-HRT31A , TCS-HRT38B, TCS-HRT31BD2, TCS-HRT38BD2, TCS-HRT39BD2,

  • Double pressure system machine. There are eight pressing rollers.

Drive mechanism

  • Tablets compartment separated from drive mechanism. The turret is rotated directly by the main shaft.
  • The spindle of worm gear at the main shaft with surface fully hardened and ground, jointed with alloy made worm gear is immersed in a lubrication reservoir to keep the noise down and the durable life.

Punch unit

  • The turret and die table have hard chrome plated.
  • Each hole of punches are all in a uniform diameter.
  • There are new drip cup fitted on all upper punches, and scraper seal on all lower punches.
  • The upper & lower punch have safety devices that can switch off the machine in abnormal conditions.

The guide posts

  • All the guide posts are made of SKD-11 alloy steel.
  • The lubrication pump supplies oil to lower punches & lower guide posts at every tens minutes.

The electric adjustment device

  • The adjustment device of hardness and weight has been improved further. It is controlled by the two sets of the electric meter, and the wheels are driven by motor, which can reduce manual error.
  • Thickness of each layer is adjustable for double layer tablets.
  • With variable-speed motor drive to adjust the running speed according to powder material.
  • Equipped with tablet counter, hour meter of machine and safe switches.

The feed device

  • With large feed hopper and three-stage feed device.
  • Every machine has one set of Mechanical Force Feeders at two sides, which are driven by the variable speed motor , easy for assembling or disassembling .

Easy cleaning & maintenance

  • Friendly electric control panel.
  • The caps, the guide posts & punches are easy to
    clean.
  • Meets CGMP standards.
